Privacy
getRentera uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly statistics service, to count page views and clicks on partner links. GoatCounter sets no cookies and never stores IP addresses or browser details; it only keeps aggregated counts. We use no advertising trackers and no cookies of our own, and we don't ask you for personal data to use the site.
What happens when you use the site
- Our host, Netlify, processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely.
- Photos load from Unsplash's image servers, so your browser connects to images.unsplash.com.
- Fonts are served from our own server. No requests go to Google Fonts.
- Searches run in your browser. When you click through to a partner, the link passes through Travelpayouts (tp.media), which records the click so the partner can attribute a booking. From that point the partner's and Travelpayouts' privacy policies apply.
- If you dismiss the language suggestion, your browser remembers it locally. It never leaves your device.
If you email us at info@getrentera.net, we use your message only to reply and delete it when it's no longer needed.
